This policy explains what information Pearl & Co. (operated by PhigiGroup) collects when you use this site, and how it's used.

What we collect

If you create an account: your email address, name (optional), and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password itself. If you check out, whether or not you have an account: your email, shipping address, and payment details, collected and processed directly by Stripe. If you contact us: whatever you include in your message.

How we use it

To fulfill your orders and subscriptions, to let you sign in and manage your account, to respond when you contact us, and to keep the site secure (for example, limiting repeated failed sign-in attempts).

Who we share it with

Stripe (payment processing), Shopify and our fulfillment supplier (order fulfillment), and Google (only if you choose to sign in with Google). We don't sell your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, support, and legal requirements.

Your choices

You can check out without ever creating an account. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
