Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by our supplier network and typically arrive within 5-12 business days. The range is wide because items ship from different warehouses: some are held domestically and reach you nearer the short end, while others ship from further afield and take longer. We quote the full range rather than the best case, so the estimate holds whichever warehouse your item comes from. Delivery times vary by item and location; you'll receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way. Shipping cost, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Subscriptions

Each subscription renewal ships automatically on your chosen cadence. You can pause, skip, or cancel an upcoming renewal any time from your account's Billing Portal, or by contacting us before your next billing date.

Returns & refunds

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Opened consumable products (toothpaste, floss, whitening strips) can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective. Unopened, unused hardware (flossers, holders) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping cost.
