These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pearl & Co. website and any purchase or subscription you make through it. Pearl & Co. is operated by PhigiGroup. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

Prices are shown in USD and are set by our supplier catalog at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to discontinue any product at any time. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

Subscriptions

Subscription products renew automatically on the cadence you choose (every 30, 60, or 90 days) until you cancel. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from your account's Billing Portal, or by contacting us directly. Charges for a renewal are processed on or near your billing date using your saved payment method.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional. You can check out as a guest for any purchase. If you do create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge it for your order and, for subscriptions, for each future renewal until canceled.

Limitation of liability

Pearl & Co. products are shipped by third-party suppliers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pearl & Co. and PhigiGroup are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
